Definitions The Company means Able Print & Promo Ltd Limited. The customer means the firm, person or anyone who has contracted to purchase goods from the company.

Delivery The standard turnaround for any product is 7-10 days from signoff of the artwork proof. All indent stock is around 12 weeks.

Shipping All products can be couriered at the customer’s expense. Multiple addresses are not a problem.
 

Setup charges Setups vary. The average setup for embroidery is $66, with no charge after the initial order. All other promotional products depend on how many colours are in your logo. For example, if you were printing 2 colours on a pen it would be 2 colours = 2 films = $59 x 2. if you are printing a digital business card, then the set up is free, if you are printing an offset business card then a set up will apply depending on how many colours are involved. The company is not liable for errors or variations in the finished work where such errors or variations were contained in the proof approved by the customer.
 

Artwork Artwork must be sent through in one of the following formats to get the best result EPS or AI. PDFs can be used but we have a few specifications for the file type. For embroidery we can accept jpeg as well as the other formats. For printing a PDF is good.

If you have already signed off your artwork and you want to change your artwork there may be a change out fee depending on what needs to be done usually just the cost of the film and plates. This depends on how far the job has gone in the system. All products produced by the company  for the customer will receive an electronic proof so you can check positioning, size and print colours, you can change the proof once free of charge, then every change after that is a cost of $10 per change and re proof.
 

Samples & Return Policy We send out samples for you to view, if the products are returned to us within the time frame specified and in exactly the same condition as they were sent out  then you will only pay for the courier charge to get the sample to you.

Security Interest The Company retains a security interest in all goods supplied to the customer, until the company receives in payment in full of all the sums owing by the customer, under any contract for the supply of the goods.   The nature of the security interest is that the company retains title to the goods.   The security interest shall apply to goods supplied to the customer in the future.   The customer shall not allow any goods subject to the security interest become an accession to other goods. If after due date the debt remains unpaid the company is entitled to enter the customer’s premises and seize the goods unpaid for and to dispose of them as the company sees fit and to apply such proceeds towards the debt. The customer hereby irrevocable authorizes the company or the company’s agent to enter the premises of the customer to locate and seize the goods.

Payment Terms  First time customer of Able Print and Promo can purchase only on the basis of POD (Payment On Delivery) for their initial order.  Future orders will be 7 days for 2^nd purchase and then 20^th thereafter if you have filled out a credit application.
