We have a reputation for manufacturing and distributing corporate and business gifts to the highest quality. our guarantee to our clients, is that if you receive pricing for an identical promotional product with the same level of decoration and delivery method in New Zealand and you are happy to show us the quote, then we will do our unconditional best to match, beat or offer to you that same item or an alternate item that may be even better value for money than the promotional gift selected.

WHAT IS MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Minimum order quantities apply to all branded promotional products whether they are printed or not. In some circumstances, we can supply under the minimum order quantity so feel free to speak with our specialists to find out about what other options or alternatives that may be available for your branded gifts.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY BRANDED ORDER

Generally, production time from order and artwork approval is approximately 5-7 working days, subject to stock availability at the time of order. Please note that some of our promotional products have longer production times and that is stated on the product page of that particular item on our website. Whilst we try and have all the business promotional products featured online in stock and ready for branding, due to circumstances beyond our control, we sometimes encounter out of stock situations and we will do our best to offer comparable promotional merchandise that we can deliver on time and on budget.

Give us a call to get started 07 5525098 or email us sue@ablepromo.co.nz with all your detail. We need your vector-based eps, ai or pdf file of your logo and any text you may want to add. We also need the name of the product, the colour you want, the quantity you require and the code of the product which will be on our website on the product page We will send you an Order Confirmation confirming all products & costs and will then get started on producing your artwork approval to confirm how the products will be decorated.

WILL I GET MY BRANDED PRODUCTS ORDER ON TIME

We work with our warehouses and factories to ensure that we meet our production and dispatch dates. We use major courier companies to move our freight once production is complete. Once the freight is on board with our carriers we work with them to ensure timely delivery. We will also send you the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your branded promotional products as well. Occasionally there are delays that may occur that are out of our control such as bad weather but we will work with them to finalise any delivery with minimum disruption.

WHAT ARTWORK FILE DO I NEED TO SUPPLY

Vector EPS AI OR PDF files are ideal, with all fonts converted to outlines. Art files like jpeg, gif, tiff & word are not useable forms of art for promotional products as they are low resolution files and you will be disappointed with the lass of crispness in your final branded merchandise. We also need to be advised of any PMS colours used within the artwork to get your colours correct.

HOW MUCH DOES FREIGHT COST

Our freight service is free and is a 48-hour service. That means it is an extra 48 hours over and above the despatch date. If you are organising an event and require your branded merchandise in a hurry, we will do our best to work with our factories and ensure your deadline is met. We do have fast ship products and we can recommend those in cases of short time frames.

I HAVE SPECIFIC PMS COLOURS THAT NEED TO BE PRINTED

If you just require basic typesetting, we can do this free of charge. We match colours to the international Pantone colour matching system. (PMS Chart) When artwork is provided please indicate the colours that need to be matched. Not sure of your colours, we have an online PMS Colour Chart for your perusal. For embroidery, we select the most appropriate and closest matching thread colour based on the embroidery/pms swatch chart we have here at the factory.

CAN I GET AN ELECTRONIC SAMPLE

We provide free digital virtual samples on all our items. An electronic sample is a digitally mocked up image of your selected promotional product and your logo is superimposed on that promotional product.

I'D LIKE TO LOOK AT A PHYSICAL SAMPLE

We know that to be sure of your selection that you may like to touch and feel the promotional merchandise. We appreciate you may want to check the quality of our promotional products before finalising your order and we encourage this. We have various ways on how we provide samples. WE PROVIDE PRODUCTS THAT MAY NOT BE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE

If you can’t see the promotional product you are looking for on our website, then please ask us. Because we are a supplier and not a manufacturer, we source promotional products from all over the globe, our website is the bulk of products we work with, however as new promotional products are released, we are constantly updating our range behind the scenes and there is sometimes a delay before they go live online.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON’T HAVE SUITABLE ARTWORK OR LOGO

No problem we're happy to assist. If artwork cannot be provided to our specific requirements, then chat to us and we will simply recreate or redraw your artwork so that we can convert it to a workable and printable format. We charge $55 to recreate your logo and we will send you a copy of the file for you to keep for future use. It will be a high-resolution file suitable for all branding requirements. We will also keep a copy on file for you.

IS MY ARTWORK KEPT ON FILE

Yes. We store your digital artwork on file to make it easy for repeat promotional product orders or for a new branded merchandise order using a different product but using the same basic art.

DO YOU HAVE A SET UP CHARGE

Yes. Set up charges are incurred for the labour & materials (film/plates) that are involved in preparing the machinery for branding a promotional product. Set up charges also cover washing down the machine after branding.

WILL I GET A PROOF OF MY ARTWORK BEFORE WE GO TO PRODUCTION

Yes, Once you send us your order we will produce a layout showing your artwork and your promotional product of choice. This will show you the size, print area, decoration colours & position of the logo. Once you're happy with this proof we will ask you to confirm the details and return it to us and only then will we move to full production.

CAN I GET A PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE OF MY ORDER

Yes, For most items it can be arranged at an additional cost. Note by requesting a production sample it will extend the production cycle. Feel free to speak with us on 075525098

PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT

Payment is required prior to dispatch of completed orders We will send you a Pro Forma invoice which will need to be paid before shipping occurs. We will supply our bank account number on your invoice and you can pay direct into that account. No other payment options are available. Please refer our payment terms (link here to payment terms)

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER

Yes, If your product has not gone into production, then you can cancel your order. If production has occurred, then you are liable to pay the agreed upon price
